Traders Restaurant is open for full Scottish or continental breakfasts from 6am to 10.30am from Monday to Friday. Weekend breakfast is available from 6am to 11am. The hotel also has a limited breakfast menu from 5am for guests with early departures. Lunch is available all week from noon to 2.30pm. Dinner is served from 5.30pm to 10pm daily. Guests can choose from the hotel's a la carte menu. On selected evenings the hotel also offers a carvery.
